Jim and Cathy 'retired' from their corporate jobs in 2016 and moved to their retirement home in Garden Valley, Idaho, located in a mountain paradise with very long and cold winters. It's a peaceful mostly Christian community where everyone waves as they pass by and are always willing to provide whatever assistance or prayer that is needed. In that same giving spirit, the Garners decided to serve this community in their own way.

Catherine (Cathy) is the LIV business owner and general manager. Cathy is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran specializing in Logistics Management and serving our great country for 22 years. Additionally, she has worked 20+ years in a variety of Business Management and IT related positions for the State/Federal government and corporate America.

James (Jim) partners with Cathy in life and in the delivery of our services. Jim also has business expertise; but, his greatest passion is training Martial Arts. So, most of his time is spent managing and executing the Martial Arts training programs. When Jim is not busy with his Martial Arts students, he applies his artistic talents to landscaping, gardening, and home improvement projects.
